A oldies Rejang Vilage name as Cawang located at Rejang Selupu District in Rejang lebong Regency. In this old village we still can find many Oldies Rejangese House with Variety Decorative motif as you can see below.
Decorative at main hall in living room oldies house in Cawang (Repro by admin).The decorative dominant with plant (flora). A few of them still as plain wood without painting, and a few of them have painting by the owner.
A bit unused to be with other region of old rejangese village, the plant motif more unique. In other region in rejang land the carving decorative just in plain wood, but in this village the decorotive made with overlapping carving wood, so they appearance look like as three dimension form.
